Ever noticed how the most beautiful places in Portugal aren’t always the loudest ones? Mother’s Day is on 15th March and somehow it always sneaks up on us, doesn’t it? I used to think being low-maintenance was a personality trait. For so many of us, rest isn’t natural. It’s negotiated. Earned. Justified. At some point, coping became your personality.
